Aluminum silicate Water Based coating. High
refractory permeable coating. At metal pouring
temperature it produces fewer gases & due to the
coating permeability gases passes through core &
mould. Low gas & high permeability it reduces cold
shut issue in the break disc casting.
Sand core/mould binder system – Cold Box, Shell Resin, Acid
cure phenolic, Alkyd Resin, Etc.
